Patrick Ramirez

Pat was born on March 17, 1959, to Rudy C. and Lucy G. Ramirez in Moses Lake, WA. He was one of nine children. After graduating from Moses Lake High School, Pat explored different opportunities, including working on a fishing boat in Alaska. During his career, he held various construction jobs and later contributed his skills at the Hanford Site. Pat concluded his professional journey by helping his family at Neppel Electric. Uncle Pat was truly one of a kind. He had a contagious laugh and a great sense of humor, always ready with a good story to make everyone around him laugh. We often wondered what he would say next. He loved sharing stories about times with his brother Rudy Jr. and his parents, whom he missed dearly. Uncle Pat cherished having a good time, especially when hanging out with his nieces and nephews, barbecuing oysters, and listening to good music. He would occasionally crash a "cousin" party, much to everyone's delight. He loved being an uncle, especially to his great nieces and nephews. He enjoyed spending days driving around, listening to music, and stopping at diners for lunch or dinner. Visiting friends or family members just to catch up was something he treasured. Uncle Pat was always willing to lend a hand with yard work, whether it was picking rocks, watering plants, or helping with any task that needed to be done. Uncle Pat will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Pat is survived by his siblings: Trina Alfaro (Luis), Mary Moncada (Jerry), Gloria Valdez (Mike), Chris Koon (Randy), Richard Ramirez (Robyn) and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rudy C. and Lucy G. Ramirez, his brothers Christopher, Rudy Jr. and Ruben Ramirez, his niece Adriana Lopez, his nephew Rolando J. Ramirez and his good friend Sharon Taylor. To our Uncle Pat: We will miss your laugh, your smile, your visits, and your stories. We love you and miss you. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Moses Lake, WA, with Rosary beginning at 10:00 a.m. and Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Guardian Angels Cemetery in Moses Lake, WA.
