Emerson S. Wambaugh

August 10, 1929 - May 3, 2017

Emerson "Dusty" Wambaugh, 87, a resident of Moses Lake passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, his family at his side. Dusty was born in Seattle, Washington on August 10, 1929, son of the late Bernard and Marguretta Wambaugh. He was married to Lillian Crader and fifteen years ago they moved to Moses Lake from Easton, Washington to be closer to family. After retiring as a journeyman lineman, he enjoyed fishing, bird watching, and especially being outdoors and working in his yard, in which he took great pride. Dusty is survived by his wife, Lillian Wambaugh; three children, Dale (Nancy) Wambaugh, Joy Wambaugh and Kim (Larry) Becht; six grandchildren, Kurt, Marta, Jared, Missy, Dustin and Jay Jay; two great granddaughters, Skylar and Scarlett; one brother, Terry (Sue) Wambaugh. He was preceded in death by his parents.
