Connie Farris who was 100 years old, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2020. Connie was born August 2, 1919 in Rahway New Jersey to her loving parents Giuseppe and Elisa Leone. She had three dearly loved brothers Arnold Leone, Victor Leone and Marty Leone. Connie met the love of her life Glenn Farris in New York when he was serving in the Navy during WWII. They were married in 1947 and settled in Washington. They eventually came to Moses Lake where Glenn Farris became and was the principle of Chief Moses Jr. High until his retirement. Connie and Glenn had four children: Richard Farris, Glenn Farris, Lisa Bellomy and Patty MacAlister. 12 grandchildren: Rheana Foster, Danell Kristiansen, Jason Anderson, Bill Bellomy, Abe Farris, Issac Farris, Stephen Farris, Rosa Lattimore, Melissa Rodriquez, Heidi Farris, Felicia Farris, Linda Farris, and Issac Farris. And 15 great-grandchildren !! She loved being with her family. Travel and fishing with Dad. She was a talented painter and enjoyed taking photographs. She had a great sense of humor, always had a little song to sing and would treat us to music she played on her organ. She had a heart of gold and will be cherished in our memories always.
