Allen A. Foster, 78, a resident of Moses Lake passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Samaritan Hospital, his family at his side. Allen was born in Bellingham, Washington on August 6, 1939 son of Miles and Almeda (Booman) Foster. He served in the United States Army and was married to Jennie. Allen lived most of his life on the west side prior to moving to Moses Lake. Before retiring, he worked as a court commissioner for Snohomish County. Allen enjoyed anything outdoors including hunting and four wheeling. Survivors include the mother of his sons and former wife Gisela, his three children, Carmen (Rolando) Acevedo, Ricky (Andi) Foster and Marco (Dina) Foster; step son, Bill Williams; ten grandchildren, Erica, Vianna, Shantel, Ashley, Kaitlan, Ryan, Stephanie, Makayla, Logan, Taylor, and Jeremy; nine great grandchildren, Avery, Layla, Israel, Jaelynn, Lizelle, Aidren, Tae, Jaiden, and Christina. Besides his parents and wife, Jennie, he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister and step-daughter, Kathy Williams.
