Tracy Mandeville

On the morning of August 23, 2016, Tracy Lynn Mandeville, 54, passed at her home in George Washington. Tracy was born on January 9, 1962 to Tommie and John Rutledge in Tulsa Oklahoma. She was raised with her three younger brothers Jimmy, John and Obie Rutledge in Portland Oregon. Tracy was preceded in death by her father John Rutledge, her brother John Rutledge, and son Joe Manderville. She is survived by her mother and step father Tommie and Lee Smith, husband George Mandeville, children Elliot Mandeville, Jeanette Neagle, Phillip Mandeville (Lisa), and Terry Mandeville. Her grandchildren George (Karly) Manderville, Felicia Manderville, Trisha (Joey) Curtis, Tommy Neagle, Michael (Mallory) Mandeville, Cody (Teighlor) Manderville, Angelea (Kalin) Earl, Nathan Mandeville, and Tyler Mandeville, and great grandchildren Kloe and Gage Manderville, Jayden Herrera, Jerrett and Greysen Curtis, and Brooklynn Mandeville. Also, several nieces, nephews and cousins. George and Tracy were happily married for 31 years. They lived in royal city where together they farmed and started a trucking business. They then moved to George where they continued to run their business. Tracy enjoyed her time driving truck. Tracy had the most loving and accepting heart. She always saw the best in people and wouldn’t hesitate to express the beauty that she saw in them. You couldn’t help but feel better about yourself in her presence. This quality drew people to her. She loved having her family near and the opportunity to play with her great grandchildren. She was very knowledgeable and never passed up the opportunity to teach a lesson, whether it be an important life lesson or a basic mathematical equation. Tracy had an immense love for her dogs and found great joy in spoiling them. She also enjoyed singing and playing guitar. A memory shared by many is the comfort of her beautiful voice. You could often find her enjoying life by working in her yard or swimming in her pool. Tracy touched the lives of so many; she was loved and admired by all of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed. Viewing will be from 8am-10am Thursday, September 1, 2016 followed by Graveside services at 11 a.m. at Guarding Angels Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to join us at Zamora Park immediately after.
