Cheryl H. Haug

Cheryl H. Haug, 72, longtime Moses Lake resident lost her battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family and friends Sunday, September 18th 2011 at Columbia Crest Care Center. Cheryl was born to John and Martha St. Jermain in Lewistown, Mt Aug. 5th 1939. Cheryl and her two beloved sisters known as the St. Jermain Girls were raised in Great Falls, Mt and helped run the family business. She met and married Glendell Yates in 1956 and had 4 children. She was widowed in 1966 when Glendell was lost in the Vietnam War. Cheryl met and married Arne Haug in Great Falls, MT in 1968, then moved to Moses Lake, WA in 1969 and had two children together. Cheryl enjoyed crafting, and was actively involved in Relay for life. Her greatest enjoyment was just chillin with her family, friends and “the boys” over a meal. Cheryl is survived by her sister Kay and her husband Mel White of Great Falls, Mt. , Five children Janet Edwards (Gilbert), Randy Yates(Jennifer), June Strawn(Jeff), Martha Haug(Bill),Ray Haug(Brandi). Twenty grandchildren, Jennifer(Efrain), Melissa(Tom), Christopher “Pokey”, Jaimie, Derrek( Kylee), Brittanie(Moe), Carissa(Derek), Abby, Jasmine, Kelsi, Erica(Matt), Jessica(Luke), Traci(Erick), Taylor, Amanda(Alex), Darik, Trevor, Savannah, Rainah, Brandan”Big guy”. Sixteen great grandchildren Anthony, Bella, Alex, Aneissa, Joseph, Tommy, Grayson, Jaelyn, Khloe, Liyah, Michael, Tessa, Kyleigh, Colton, Lexi, Calvin and her beloved dog Simon. Numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father John St. Jermain, mother Martha St. Jermain, Sister Marilyn Haman, son John D. Yates, Glendell Yates (husband), Arne Haug (husband), great grandson Brennan. Cheryl was greatly loved and will be greatly missed by all who ever came into her life. The family would like to thank the staff of Columbia Crest Care Center. Private inurnment will be in the Angel Columbarium at Guardian Angels Cemetery, Moses Lake.
