Jacqueline D. Bates, 73, a longtime Moses Lake resident passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at her home. Please sign the online guestbook or leave a note for the family at www.kayserschapel.com Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.
Jacqueline was born on March 12, 1939 in San Francisco, California daughter of the late Pete and Beatrice Zonneveld. She was raised and educated in California. She moved to Washington in 1962 and has resided in Moses Lake for the last 15 years.
Jacqueline was a sports enthusiast enjoying everything from Mariners baseball, Sea Hawks football and horse racing. She also enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Robin Bates, Warden; son-in-law, Dennis Treat, Moses Lake; 3 sisters Linda, Jody and Leitza; grandchildren, Jackie and Jacob Treat. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lei Ann Treat.
