Alicia Danielle Payne, 18, Woodinville resident,and formerly of Ephrata, passed away suddenly Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. She is survived by her fiance, Anthony Johnson, parents, Leslie and Barbara Payne, an infant daughter, Payton Danielle Johnson, brothers, Brian Payne, Korey Easley, Steven Payne, sisters, Christina Payne and Tiffany Payne.
